Ayurvedic Chanting on Zoom
In this class with Sunita, students chanted and learned Ayurvedic sutras. Sutra in Sanskrit means 'thread'. Words woven in a poetic manner are called sutras. Learning sutras is like decoding the hidden meaning behind our own lives.
