Sunita Tarkunde, BAMS, RN Founder & Director Sunita holds a Masters Degree in Ayurveda, is a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas, and is also a certified Yoga Instructor. She specializes in Consultation and Education here at the Center and has personally trained all of our staff to have a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic methods that assist our clients in unlocking their potential vitality. Your quality of life is inextricably linked to the balance of your physical, mental and spiritual selves and Sunita is deeply devoted to helping you achieve this balance and also teaching you to understand how to live an Ayurvedic Lifestyle.
Monica Espinosa, LMT Therapist Monica has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2006, and is certified to do Prenatal and Infant Massage. She has done training for many specialties; Orthopedic and Pain Management as well as Oncology Massage. She is currently our only staff member trained in Cupping and Reflexology, and is also certified in Reiki and Harmonic Resonance. Monica has been an Ayurvedic Therapist since 2018.
Kelly Spears Kelly has been practicing Ayurveda for many years, and has been doing therapeutic body work for over a year. She is a certified Yoga instructor since 2012 with specialized training in Forrest Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal. Kelly is also an ordained minister; the union with Prana in all of her practices brings healing to mind, body and spirit.
Eileen Dyer, LMT Therapist Eileen was the first therapist Sunita trained in Ayurvedic Therapy and has been working with us at Houston Ayurveda ever since! She is not a regular therapist on our schedule but she comes in to help us out when are in need of her expertise. The amazing herbal heating bags we sell at the Center are made by her loving hands!
Suparna Kulkarni Assistant Manager Suparna helps with everything at the Center, she may answer the phone or make your turmeric popcorn for your cleanse package. She is very knowledgeable about Ayurveda and lives it fully.
