Yoga and Ayurveda are written in the sutra format and have been passed down from one generation to the next, as an oral tradition. Later on, it was written down in the form of scriptures. Chanting class Monday 4:30-5:00 on Zoom/February and March Zoom id – 947-379-0065 Cost $100 for 9 classes in advance/drop in $10 Each class you will be learning two verses to chant correctly and the meaning of the verse. You will receive email after each class containing the Sanskrit verse along transliteration and audio clip to practice at home. We will be using Ashtanga Hridaya/Vagbhat as a scripture for these verses.
